Information, not advice

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, engineering, procurement or regulatory advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation of any kind. Lead times, deadlines, "implied first power", feasibility scores, slip figures and the race charts are illustrations of how the recorded facts combine under our assumptions. They are not forecasts, ratings or recommendations about any company, project or security.

If you make a decision that matters, confirm the underlying facts with the primary source linked on the campus page or directly with the company, utility or agency involved. Do not rely on this site alone.

Accuracy, estimates and placeholders

Every dated fact carries a source link, a source tier (primary, secondary, tertiary) and a confidence level. Some dates are explicitly placeholders: where a plan was announced but no completion has been reported, we may enter the end of a quarter or year so that a campus can be compared with others. Such entries are marked low confidence and say "placeholder" in their note. Figures from Epoch AI's satellite-based timeline are estimates where the date lies after the build date, and are shown with dashed circles and "est." labels.

Reporting can be wrong, projects change, and we can misread a source. We correct errors when we find them or when they are reported to us; corrections appear as new dated rows on the Updates page. We never silently edit a published row. We make no warranty that the information is complete, current or error-free.

Equipment, vendors and commercial information

Equipment makes, models, counts and vendor selections are recorded only when a public source names them, and the tooltip on each cell shows whether that source is primary (a permit, filing or the maker's own announcement) or reporting. A blank cell means nothing is on record, not that no vendor exists. We do not publish contract prices, power-purchase terms, lease rates or any non-public commercial information, and we do not accept such information from anyone bound by confidentiality.

Use of the data

AI Loadmap's data and charts are published under CC BY 4.0. You may copy, redistribute and adapt them for any purpose, including commercially and by automated collection, provided you credit "AI Loadmap (ailoadmap.com)", link to the page or chart you used, indicate any changes, and do not suggest that AI Loadmap endorses you or your use. Fields derived from Epoch AI's dataset are also CC BY 4.0 and need Epoch AI's attribution. Linked articles, filings and other third-party sources remain the property of their owners and are not covered. The licence does not grant rights to the AI Loadmap name or logo beyond the credit line.

Privacy

The dataset is about companies, sites and infrastructure. We do not collect or publish personal data about individuals, and names of individuals appear only when they are the public spokesperson of a decision quoted from a public source (for example an executive quoted in a press release). The site sets no tracking cookies. If you enter an email address in a notice box, it is kept in your own browser only until a sign-up service exists; nothing is sent to us today.

Availability, liability and changes

The site is provided "as is" and may change or stop at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Loadmap is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on this site, including decisions about investments, contracts, bids, siting, procurement or employment. Where a jurisdiction does not allow such a limitation, liability is limited to the maximum extent it allows.

We may revise this notice. The revision date at the top is the only notice you will receive. The site is open to search engines and AI assistants; pages may be indexed, summarised and cited.
